ADL8002 High Tran***rent Self-bonding Silicone
1.General description:
It¡¯s the soft and nature tran***rent silicone, so it can protect the sensitive micro-electronics such as solar cells,sensors and electronics widely used in cars,large power rectifier module and optoelectronic device. It¡¯s dampproof and non-corrosion. Bonding the ICs to ensure the electronics working normally although in wide-range temperature changing and big shock condition.It has the adhesion function, easy to mend. After having cured, the gel forms a silicone film which is a durable and long-lasting elastomer. It¡¯s very effectively to protect the electronics from corrosion and the effect of environment. The ADL-587 can be daubed by full automaticity mixing measuring equipment, so it¡¯s very suitable for using in the process of mass manufacture.Both room temperature and heating curing will be ok. It has the wide-range temperature resistance -45~150℃

3.Usage£º
Mixing up silicone conponents A and B with volume or weight ratio 1:1 exactly and whipping it equably. Both hand operation and full automaticity mixing measuring equipment operation will be ok. If it allowed you can use vacuum pump vacuumizing it then encapsulating,or let the silicone discharge air bladder by encapsulating directly .If the ratio is not exact or incompletely to mix up and whip the mixture, it may affect the cure ability .
4.Notice:
