¢ñ. Product feature
ADL8001 series addition double component liquid silicon adhesive is ¡°solid and liquid¡± coexisting material, it is colorless and tran***rent, broth jelly shape. This product has below features:
1. Good low and high temperature resistance, can be used in relative wide temperature range (-50℃~200℃);
2. Use platinum chrome compound activator, harmless, no special odors.
3. Good fluidity, and can be pour into small place (for example: IC micro component).
4. Easy molding;
5. It can be changed from adhesive to liquid.
6. Excellent electrical performance and weather resistance.
¢ò.Typical purpose
Make sport shoes insole,improve the strength of bouncing, make the shoes comfortable.Disperse
the pressure of the feet.
¢ó.Usage
Mix component A and B component evenly according to proportion, vacuum debubbling, and then use pouring or injecting forming method. The molding temperature is 80-150℃, time: 8-60 minutes.
¢ô.Caution
i. Mix A and B components properly and respectively before using!
ii. The adhesive should be sealed and preserved, use up in safe operation period, otherwise it will slowly become hard and become a waste.
iii. The hardening temperature of adhesive has certain relation with temperature. Lower temperature will get slower hardening speed.
iv. This product is not dangerous product, but please do not contact with mouth and eyes, if it ***tter into eyes and mouth, wash with great deal water¡£
